Deb Sealy

Head of Governance and Administration

Deb Sealy is the head of governance and administration within the real assets platform. She is responsible for managing the strategic and ongoing administrative and governance operations including implementing policies, developing improvements, reporting, and special projects. Prior to her current role, Deb held various leadership and management positions within the operational risk and financial controls group. Prior to joining the firm, Deb worked for private and public companies in operational and internal controls areas. Deb has been in the industry since and started with the firm and its affiliates in 2006. She received her BA and MBA from the University of Iowa.
