Overview

Aegon AM leverages over 35 years of experience to source, underwrite and manage real estate assets that qualify for LIHTC. We have acquired over $6 billion of LIHTC equity for institutional clients since 1987 and we have been a consistent market participant with over $5 billion syndicated since 2003 in 68 vehicles.

Our investment process incorporates a cycle-tested system of controls and processes for originations, underwriting, asset management, and reporting. The process is supported by dedicated, in-house legal, accounting, finance, tax, and engineering and environmental teams.
