(“Seismic”), which operates the Seismic platform, is a service provider used by Aegon Asset Management (“Aegon AM,” “we” and “our”) to deliver marketing content to our existing and prospective clients, customers, and business partners.  The Seismic Cookies are owned and managed by Seismic for the benefit of Aegon AM. Aegon AM is the controller or co-controller for the processing of all personal data within the scope of this Statement.
