We're committed to fostering an inclusive culture that overcomes participation barriers and leverages our differences in identity and thinking to innovate and make a positive impact to both our business and communities. Our inclusion and diversity strategy are built on three strategic pillars: Workforce, Workplace and Marketplace.

Workforce

Our workforce pillar focuses on retaining, attracting, and developing diverse talent to drive performance and innovation.

  • Attract and hire diverse talent: We aim to increase the diversity of qualified candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Early careers: We build a diverse pipeline of talent and future leaders through various initiatives.
  • Strategic collaboration: We collaborate with organizations in each location to attract diverse talent. 
    • To attract female talent we work with organizations like Women in Business (USA), Women Investment Professionals (USA) and Female x Finance (Netherlands).
    • Our program with Investment20/20 helps us attract talent from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
Workplace

Our workplace pillar centers on fostering a welcoming, merit-based environment that empowers everyone.

  • Fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, inclusion & innovation: We establish psychological safety at all company levels through management development sessions, equipping leaders to model inclusive behaviors, and all-employee communication campaigns.
  • Our communities (Employee Resource Groups): We have seven communities that advance our culture in inclusion and diversity. These employee-driven, board-sponsored groups raise awareness, provide support, and drive I&D initiatives.  The community page of our Proud network can be found here.  
Marketplace

Our marketplace pillar focuses on seeking external perspectives, meeting client expectations, and driving inclusion and diversity in the industry.

  • Diversity Project UK, US & EU: We exchange knowledge, collaborate on initiatives, and participate in maturity assessments to benchmark against peers.
  • I&D Awards: These awards help us celebrate strengths and identify opportunities.
