Summer & Winter Internships (Global)

Curious about what it’s like to work for a global asset manager? Our summer and winter internship programs are your perfect entry point. These internships, commencing in February and June, offer you the chance to gain hands-on experience across various departments, including investment, distribution, technology, operations, and HR.

During your internship, you will:

  • Develop practical skills through real-world projects.
  • Access a wide array of learning courses tailored to enhance your professional growth.
  • Participate in virtual networking events with colleagues from around the globe.

Real Assets Internship Program (US)

Are you passionate about real assets? Our real assets internship Program, starting in August and January, is designed to provide you with in-depth experience in the real estate, real assets debt, and real assets equity departments. This program is your chance to dive deep into the world of real assets and make a significant contribution to our team.

Over the course of six months, you will:

  • Engage in meaningful projects that make a real impact.
  • Work alongside industry experts and gain invaluable insights.
  • Develop specialized skills that are highly sought after in the asset management industry.

Apprenticeships (UK)

Our apprenticeships are crafted to give you the experiences, skills, and qualifications needed to kickstart your career in the best possible way. Currently, we offer apprenticeship opportunities in our technology departments, commencing in April and lasting for two years. 

As an apprentice, you will:

  • Gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technology and investment projects.
  • Receive mentorship from seasoned professionals.
  • Earn qualifications that will set you apart in the competitive job market.

Investment 20/20 (UK)

At Aegon AM, we believe in promoting social mobility and providing opportunities for school leavers. In collaboration with Investment 20/20, we offer various positions across different departments, with start dates commencing in September. This initiative is designed to help you take the first step towards a successful career in asset management.
